Metal curtain mesh is basically a kind of architectural metal curtains, which is also known as metallic curtains, coiled wire mesh curtains, cascade coil drapery, light weighted chain link curtains, fabricoil curtains, or coil fabrics.
Coiled drapery is typically crafted from grade 5000 series aluminum alloy wires or stainless steel wires, including stainless steel 304, 316, or 316L. These wires undergo pre-crimping using specially designed dies and tooling. After pre-crimping, the wires are woven together and end-sealed to create the final mesh drapery. Subsequently, the mesh curtains undergo ultrasonic cleaning for degreasing before being painted. The coiled drapery is then painted to the specified color based on samples or order requirements.
