Technical Specification
Palisade fencing can be crafted from various materials, with the primary ones being galvanized steel and PVC coated steel. Hot-dipped galvanized steel palisade fencing is more commonly used than electric galvanized types due to its ability to provide a thicker zinc coating, superior corrosion and rust resistance, and excellent weather and age resistance, ensuring a long service life.

Palisade Fence Pale Type
Palisade fence pales can be hot or cold formed. General-purpose fences use corrugated or angle section pales, while security fences have corrugated pales with fastener head protection. Pale length tolerance is ±5 mm. Pales are a key component in the palisade fence security system, with various types and head styles available.
- D section pales Used with long bolts, are designed for low to medium security and damage resistance in boundary delineation.
- W section pales Fastened with short bolts, offer high inherent strength and excellent vandal resistance, making them ideal for high-security needs.
- Angle steel pales Either bolted or welded to horizon fence rails, are suitable for general-purpose applications like protecting residential estates.

Fixing Types of Pales
The bolting and riveting fixing method requires a minimum 8 mm diameter to secure the pale and rail. Rivets, bolts, and nuts have heads with minimal projection beyond the pale’s face to deter tampering and footholds. The fixing design in SP pales provides fastener head protection against external force attacks.
Pales are secured to the rails at every intersection by different ways:

Posts for palisade fences can be either embedded in the earth or bolted onto concrete foundations. Palisade fences with pointed top pales are typically paired with pointed posts. The standard post spacing is 2.75 meters, but custom spacings can be designed upon request.
