Product Overview
BRC fence is essentially a modified version of the standard welded wire mesh fence. It features bent top and bottom sections, and it utilizes thicker steel wires to withstand external impacts. Additionally, the precise mesh structure of the BRC roll top fence ensures good visibility, allowing you to easily see through it.
BRC fence also referred to as roll top fence, is a specially designed welded wire mesh fence featuring unique rolled edges at the top and bottom. This fencing is constructed using high tensile steel wires that are welded and bent to create the distinctive triangular roll top surface. This design provides a robust structure with precise mesh openings. The rolled edges not only offer a user-friendly surface but also enhance rigidity and visibility.
The BRC Fencing Mesh Panel goes beyond strength; it also embodies environmental consciousness. This fencing system is entirely recyclable, making it a “green” choice that not only reduces maintenance costs but also promotes sustainability.

Technical Specification
The Roll top mesh fence is a complete fence system that includes fence panels, posts, gates, and a fastener system. The posts are fitted with M8 threaded inserts for securing panels, and there is a wide range of heights available. The posts also come with top caps.

Fence Panel Colors
The most widely preferred color for our fencing is Green RAL6029, as it seamlessly blends into the background, making it an easy choice for many clients. Alternatively, clients in areas with a significant presence of black materials, such as railings or window frames, often opt for Black RAL9005. For schools or businesses looking to match their branding or school colors, Blue RAL5005 and Red RAL2002 are popular choices. Lastly, a few clients opt for White RAL9003 to achieve a distinct and clean aesthetic for their fencing.
BRC Fence Post
The posts for BRC fence, roll top fencing panels are manufactured from hot dip galvanized 60 x 60 x 2.0mm or 60×80mm( others are available) square hollow steel section and are available from stock to suit fence heights of 1.2m or 2.4m. Longer posts for higher fences can be supplied. Panels are secured to the posts with steel clips and 6.0mm galvanized security fixings screwed into threaded inserts in the posts. All posts are supplied with protective plastic end caps.
Fence Panel Surface Treatment
Based on the surface treatment, BRC fences can be categorized into three types, as described below:
- Hot dipped galvanized (505 g/m2).
- Electro galvanized (zinc coating: 8–12 g/m2) then PVC/PE coated (thickness: 0.8–1.2 mm).
- Electro galvanized (zinc coating: 8–12 g/m2) then polyester powder coating (thickness: 0.1 mm).
Fence Accessories
The clips play a crucial role in securely fastening the mesh and the columns together. These clips come in two main types:
Plastic Clips: These clips are designed to be UV resistant, rust-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long service life. They are particularly well-suited for outdoor applications where exposure to the elements is a concern.
Galvanized Iron Clips: These clips are also corrosion-resistant due to their galvanized coating. They provide sturdy and durable connections between the mesh and columns.
All accessories and fitting are Galvanized to ASTM A. 123, A153 and BS 729 and confirming to ASTM F626 – Standard specification for fence fittings.
Application
BRC fences are widely used in urban areas, initially for parking areas, city parks, roadside fencing, and residential zones. They have also been adapted for temporary use during building construction to protect construction staff working on higher floors. Hot-dipped galvanized surface treatment is preferred for outdoor applications due to its durability and corrosion resistance.
Packaging & Shipping
At Qiansheng wire mesh Systems, protecting our products during transit is a priority, and we offer various packing options to suit different needs.For the packaging of BRC fence panels, we follow a specific process to ensure safe transportation:
- Load the BRC fence panels onto steel pallets individually. Alternate the orientation of each panel, with one “face up” and the next one “face down” to maximize loading capacity.
- Install corner covers on the four corners of the pallet to protect the edges of the panels.
- Secure the panels to the pallets using steel belts, ensuring they are tightly fastened.
- Wrap the entire pallet with plastic film to provide additional protection against moisture.
As for the posts, they can be packaged similarly to the BRC fence panels, loaded on steel pallets.
The V-clips, rain caps, and bolts & nuts are packaged in a carton box.
