Product Overview

Electro galvanized wire,also calleed cold galvanized wire,is made of high quality carbon steel wire. The processing of thid wire id to use electyolytic equipment for galvanizing. In general,the zine coating is not very thick,but the electro galvanzied wire has enough anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation,the zinc coating surface is very average,smooth and bright. Electro galvanized wire zinc coated commonly is 8-50 g/m2. this is mainly used to make nails and wire ropes,wire mesh and fencing,binding of flowers and wire mesh weaving.

Hot dipped galvanized wire belongs to the primary wire products of galvanzation. The common sizes of hot dipped galvanized are from 8 gague to 16 gague,we aslo accept smaller or bigger diameter for customers’ choices. Hot dipped galvanized wire with firm zice coating provides strong corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. This kind of wire is widely used for making handicrafts,woven wire mesh,forming fencing mesh,packing products and other daily uses

Galvanized Wire is used for applications that demand longevity. These are mild carbon or high carbon steel wires, which are coated with Zinc, so as to impart the base wire with superior rust resistance properties.

The Zinc coated galvanized wires are highly resistant to Moisture and mechanical damage (than other surface coatings), and have a very bright and smooth surface finish. We manufacture Galvanized Wire in our state-of-the-art facility using “Hot Dip & Electro-Galvanized” technology to ensure durability and long-lasting resistance against corrosion.

Electro-Galvanized Wires

Electro-Galvanized Wires are also known as Cold Dip Wire. On these wires, zinc coating is done through electrochemical process and can be produced with narrow diameter tolerance.
